Following his ordination his vision came to fruition in December 2009 when he was able to launch a Christian fellowship which is situated at the King George's House, YMCA Hall, 40-46 Stockwell Road, Stockwell, London SW9 9EE. He is now the Pastor of this branch church working together with another ordained Minister of the Gospel.
His conviction is to preach and exalt the word of God, and to direct unbelievers to commit their lives to Christ Jesus.

Ephesians4:11                                                                                                                                       And he gave some, apostles; and some, prophets; and some, evangelists; and some, pastors and teachers.
 

Henry Thompson was called by God to the fold in 1952. He was subsequently called to the Ministry and for some 25 years attended the Hackney Church of God 7th Day, where he served the church faithfully and diligently as a
Deacon.
His vision over the years was to establish a Christian fellowship in the area of Brixton and the adjoining Districts. He was ordained as a Minister of Religion at the Mount Zion 7th day Church of God (UK International Conference) in August 2009.
