Herbert Williams was born in Kingston Jamaica on the 2nd of August1964 and grew up in the Parish of St, Catherine. He accepted the Lord Christ Jesus in February 1985 and attended the Jew Pen Branch, of Church of God 7th Day In 1986 he came in contact with the late Herbert W Armstrong who was the President of the Worldwide Church of God.

He subsequently migrated to the United Kingdom where he met and married his wife in 1991. They have three lovely children. He further obtained a BA degree in Theology in 1996 at the Westminster College, through Cambridge Theological Federation and World Christian Ministries. He is also a Member of World Council of Churches and International Christian Ministries.

Herbert Armstrong became his Mentor, and encouraged him to study theology with the World Wide Church of God and as a result he was able to obtain a Pastoral degree in 1989..

Herbert Williams was officially ordained in the Ministry of the Mount Zion 7th Day Church of God Ministries in 2009 and is one of the Pastors of the Stockwell Branch working together with another ordained Minister of the Gospel.
